We are not part of a large corporation, but run our properties ourselves with direct contact with many of our guests. We have been in business for over 23 years and are very involved with all aspects of the business. We are always making improvements to our properties in order to maintain the highest standards and to ensure high guest satisfaction.
My wife, Joyce, and I are originally from Iowa. I have always been involved in real estate and Joyce a high school business teacher and later, career counselor at a private university. We have one amazing daughter, Alexis who graduated in 2013 from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. She works at Archway Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. We enjoy the ocean and travel back to Rocky Point as much as we can.
Also another very important part of our family are our dogs .We have brought back from our trips several strays or “Satos” (beach dog) to our home here in Arizona and they quickly become a huge part of our family. We love dogs and like to support them in any way possible. We support ARF http://arfrincon.org an animal rescue foundation in Rincon, Puerto Rico along with other dog rescue organizations. Our latest rescue is Sophie who we adopted in March of 2014 from Barb’s Dog Rescue in Rocky Point, Mexico.

Where It All Began…
After many trips south to relax on the warm, sandy beaches of Mexico, we purchased a property in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico in 2012. As normal, it needed renovations and after about 4 year of extensive work, we now have one of the finest beachfront rentals available in Rocky Point. We have 2 larger homes, Casa 1, a grand 4 bedroom, and Casa 2, a 6 bedroom. In addition, we just finish building a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom “casita”, all sitting on over 1 acre of land with commanding ocean views. Our homes have become a favorite retreat for guests and are fast becoming a popular choice for weddings and other special events.
