The master suite is its own separate space and has beautiful hand carved doors at its entrance. Separate A/C (and heat) controls just for the master. Here, you can discover your own little retreat, with office space, fireplace, TV and oceanside sitting area. Just outside of the master is a private patio space.
Move onto the great room you will find 25 plus ft ceilings and a large sitting area with leather couches and 10 ft dining table next to a huge fireplace. Several steps up you’ll find a complete large kitchen with commercial size (6 foot wide) refrigerator and plenty of supplies to prepare your meals. There’s an island with a bar and extra room for several cooks in the kitchen to work. Granite counters throughout the kitchen and stainless steel appliances are all part of the home’s remodel to make it inviting yet functional.
Head down the hall to a 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and great ocean views! It has a huge sliding glass door with direct access to the oceanfront patios. Remodeled bathroom with new fixtures, vessel sink and marble countertop is across the hallway.
Continue down the hall to find an outside fountain and meditation area to your right and a ocean patio entrance on the left. Straight ahead is the library –
Just past the library are two bedrooms both with King size beds. New remodeled bathroom with new fixtures, vessel sink and marble countertop. Each bedroom has it’s own A/C (and heat) with separate controls. One bedroom is quiet and secluded, facing the front of the house offering peace and tranquility, while the other is larger bedroom with a desk and sitting area with it’s own private ensuite full bathroom. It has beautiful views through a large glass slider that opens to the oceanfront patios.
In addition, step out to the large, covered patio to find a couch and chairs to relax in, lounge chairs to lay on, and Adirondack chairs to sit back and watch the ever changing scenery. Take a swim in the negative edge pool overlooking the ocean. The water flows over the negative edge and cascades down a large rock wall to the mid level patio. The mid level patio also has a circular fire pit and plenty of chairs to sit and watch the stars come out at night. There is an outdoor shower to clean off when you return from the ocean. You can also go one more level and sit under the oceanside palapas.
This home offers a lot of privacy and quiet, individual spaces, but also a larger great room and outdoor space for all to gather. No matter which part of the room you are in, you can enjoy views of the beach along the Sea of Cortez.
