The Casita!

We just finished our brand new, separate 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom optional casita.  It is nicely furnished and located under casa 2 next to the gym and is accessible from inside casa 2 and also direct from the parking area.  It is about an additional 670 sq feet and has A/C throughout.  In addition to the 2 bedrooms (with 2 queen size beds), it has  a small kitchenette and a dining area with large round table.  In addition, there is a cozy sitting area where you can relax or read a book. If rented with Casa 2 it has direct access to the lower living area of casa 2 and will provide a total of 8 bedrooms and sleeping for as many as 21 people, which makes Casa 2 perfect and functional for larger groups.

FYI – the Casita can not be rented separately, but was built as optional/additional space for Casa 2.  Not as convenient, but It is also possible to rent it as additional space for Casa 1
