Casa 2 is a larger beachfront home perfect for families that sits back slightly from Casa 1 and the ocean, which allows a nice private patio space around the pool.
This residence has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 12 guests and can sleep up to an additional 5 guests with extra fees. You can also add the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom casita which sleeps 4 additional people, the maximum capacity is 21.
The home is decorated in vibrant Mexican colors, giving a warm and welcoming ambience and providing over 3,000 sq ft on two levels. It includes a cozy sitting area for watching TV or relaxing and reading in the kitchen area and a family room on the lower level. The lower level also has an entrance/exit to an outside lower patio and a connecting door to the casita if it is rented by your group.
Casita We recently added a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom “casita” It is about an additional 670 sq feet and has A/C throughout. In addition to the 2 bedrooms (with 2 queen size beds), it has a small kitchenette and a dining area with large round table. In addition, there is a cozy sitting area where you can relax.
