Additional Information 

We enforce strict Occupancy Limits. 

Pets allowed in Casa 2 only and all pets must be pre-approved and fees start at $150 one pet, $300 for 2 pets, $450 for 3 pets (4 or more is not allowed).  

Our rates do NOT include cancellation or damage insurance. If you think  you may have to cancel and are concerned about losing any money you have already paid toward your  reservation, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.  

Casa 1 – Cleaning fee is $500 (please see rules for how to leave home), No Pets Allowed, Security Deposit is $500 (refundable), 8 guests max

Casa 2 – Cleaning fee is $500 (please see rules for how to leave home), See above on Pets, Security Deposit is $500 (refundable), 17 guests max

Optional Casita – 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom and is priced at $300 per night, must be rented with Casa 1 or 2, $100 additional cleaning fee and $250 refundable deposit if only renting one other home, 4 guests max

Wedding/Events – $2000 minimum non-refundable event fee.  This includes up to 125 total Event Guests, more guests for additional fee.  Other requirements and fees associated with holding events on property.

Events to be held on outside patios or beach only.
